Desert Dwelling(architecture)
This project reinterprets architecture as a sequence of rituals rather than static shelter. Set in the desert, the space unfolds as a linear journey through light, material, and temperature.
Programs traditionally associated with healing and movement, like the Arabic hammam, the steam room, and the gym are restructured through a modular and textural logic. Terracotta blocks, vaulted ceilings, and colored glass blocks define each program with a specific spatial rhythm. From dry to humid, from motion to stillness, the desert backdrop remains ever-present, grounding each moment in context and contrast.
